Lexington Gray was founded by Fiona Severs who spent 15 years as a corporate lawyer and as a central manager in a large international law firm based in the City of London before taking a short career break to have a family. She then worked part-time in a client facing role in a busy private practice corporate team. As a working mother of two children aged 13 and 11 she knows first-hand the challenges of balancing a rewarding career with family commitments.
