significantly more cost-effective than
conventional recruitment providers
Why we're different
Lexington Gray was founded by an experienced lawyer who recognised that uncertain market conditions have left professional services firms and businesses looking for alternatives to the traditional legal resourcing solutions. In essence, we offer an introduction service that matches clients with highly qualified, professional candidates seeking part-time, flexible or fixed-term roles.
How we can help you
We understand that today's business environment means that clients' needs can change rapidly, making it difficult to manage resources efficiently. An understandable reluctance to increase overheads by hiring additional permanent staff can leave the existing team burdened with overly large workloads, reducing their ability to operate effectively in the long term and threatening quality of service delivered in the short term.
Pressure to reduce overheads can make it difficult to justify bringing new permanent staff on board, while temporary recruitment can be expensive and time-consuming.
Why not join us?
Are you a lawyer who's decided to devote more to the 'life' side of the work-life balance but can't find a suitable flexible, part-time or fixed-term position? Do you want the challenge and intellectual stimulus of going back to work as a lawyer after having a family or a career break but don't want to work full-time any more? Sign up with us and we'll find clients whose needs match yours.
